As we continued our European explorations, we were excited to visit Hotel Bergheimat in Mühlbach, Austria. We’d heard many great things about it, and were keen to reach there as soon as we could!
For the final two days of our Bali holiday, we chose to stay at The Pavilions – an exquisite hotel in a quiet area called Sanur. It ended up being one of our favourite stays in Bali!
Throughout my life, I’ve been privileged to stay at so many beautiful and stunning hotels in countries all over the world.
When travelling through a country, I love to explore the variety of cultures and destinations – from the ocean’s edge through to the hustle and bustle of the major cities.
We were visiting Chamonix for its hiking adventures and also to visit the world-famous Aiguille du Midi, so chose to stay at Hotel Heliopic. I’d heard many great things about this popular hotel, so was keen to check it out!
Next stop, Switzerland! We were due to stay at Grand Hotel Zermaterhoff, and our experience there undoubtedly lived up to its name. Rich with history and culture, this five-star hotel is nestled in the remote mountain village of Zermatt at the foot of the Matterhorn Mountain, with gorgeous views of the surrounding Alps.
Landing at the airport in a new city can be quite exciting: the lust of wonder; experiencing new cultures; connecting with different people and discovering exciting places is always amazing.
